Ed James, P.E. -- Carson Water Subconservancy District, General Manager

Summary: John and Ed will talk about water issues related to the Truckee and Carson Rivers, respectively, including their operating priorities, mitigation of drought impacts, efforts to promote community water conservation, and future plans, including those aimed at reducing energy usage at their faci lities.
